Vertical Mindset Indicator (VMI)
A developmental assessment based on vertical leadership development that is more focused on building a leader’s capacity—how they make meaning, navigate complexity, and lead through ambiguity and change. A positive psychology assessment that identifies an individual’s core character strengths and natural sources of energy, motivation, and contribution.
